In our initial website launch in June 2002, the rental data will be gathered by receiving email submissions like the one you just did... or by fax. If you know someone who may want to also add their rental listing, you can direct them to this same site or pull off a printable fax version by clicking the line below:

In our second phase due later in 2002, the data will be gathered in a more automated fashion so that it will appear much quicker.
The BASIC ADD entry is FREE.
It will show the main information regarding your rental property, contact information, phone # and email; however, BASIC ADD entries have no automated linkage to email, personal websites, banners or photos or mapping. Those items are available in our BASIC+ ADD and PREMIUM ADD packages for a minimal fee. If you think you may be interested in upgrading to one of those packages now or for a future listing, please click on the appropriate button below to get additional information.

POSTING RULES:
| Listings will be updated to the website once per week … Thursday night by 11:59PM. | |
| To get your listing into the next update, it must be received no later than the deadline, Wednesday 5:00PM. | |
| If you choose to enhance your listing with a PHOTO, your check must be received 24 hours before the deadline. | |
| Listings posted for the 1st time will run for 2 weeks and show as NEW on the listing spreadsheet. | |
| Any subsequent postings of the same rental will be renewed for 1 week at a time. | |
| Properties not renewed by the deadline, will drop off the next update and will assume to have been rented. | |
| Properties that miss being renewed by the deadline, but get renewed for the following update, will be renewed for 1 week at a time. These listings will show as REISSUED on the listing spreadsheet. |
Our goal is to become your main source for finding top rental tenants for your property in Burbank
Because of the strong demand for rentals in Burbank, and the requirement that any rental database contain "fresh" data to be helpful for the consumer, we would appreciate you contacting us immediately when your property becomes rented so we can remove your property from the active rentals list.
