Once you have filled out and submitted your application, we will review it promptly - in detail.  We may contact any and all references you have listed (during our preliminary application review).  When that review is complete, should the landlord wish for us to review your credit and history files, you will be asked to bring in funds for the Screening Fee.  Check with us for the current amount of the Screening Fee.  As of 01/01/2010, the Screening Fee is $41.85 ("subject to" annual CPI Increases).
