Take a moment to review the items below.

If you are interested in filling out an application to rent any property listed under the current rentals section, click on the link below to the rental application and print that form out.

        Rental Application

Once you click this line above, you will see the box below.

Make sure you select the radio button that says:
        What would you like to do with this file?
        (x) Open this file from its current location

This will then open up the rental application in an image viewer file.  When it does, just select your print command to print out the form.

Once you print it out, fill it out completely.  You need to complete one application per adult tenant.  Therefore, print out one for each tenant.

First, enter the property address on the top line so we know which property you are interested in renting.

Second, complete all information.

Third, put in today's date and sign on the Applicant line at the end of part I (APPLICATION TO RENT).  To save time, should you be selected for closer consideration, please also go ahead and sign on the Applicant line and date
the last line at the end of part II (RECEIPT FOR DEPOSIT / SCREENING FEE).
However, do not send in your screening fee until further notified.

Fourth, fax that application to us as soon as possible.

We highly recommend that you also include your EMAIL ADDRESS on either the application or on a separate cover sheet as we like to use the Internet to keep people posted on the progress of their application.

Owners that we represent, like to review all applications.  Once the applications are reviewed per the owners timetable, they will select a tenant for closer review.  At that time, if you are selected, they will ask you to submit a $25.00 screening fee per adult applicant (by personal check) in order to run a current credit report on you, the applicant.  That fee, when due, is to be dropped off at our office in an envelope as follows:
