Owners that we represent, like to review all applications. Once the applications are reviewed per the owners timetable, they will select a tenant for closer review. At that time, if you are selected, you will be asked to submit payment for the screening fee. That will be an amount per adult applicant (by personal check) in order to check the credit and history files on you, the applicant. As of 01/01/2010, that fee is $41.85 ("subject to" annual CPI increases). That fee, when due, is to be dropped off at our office in an envelope as follows:
