Please be advised:

Owners that we represent, like to review all applications.  Once the applications are reviewed per the owners timetable, they will select a tenant for closer review.  At that time, if you are selected, they will ask you to submit a $25.00 screening fee per adult applicant (by personal check) in order to run a current credit report on you, the applicant.  That fee, when due, is to be dropped off at our office in an envelope as follows:
