Per the Burbank Water & Power (June 2010):

* Allowable Watering Days: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday ONLY.
* No watering between 9AM to 6PM.
* No more than 15 minutes per irrigation station each allowable watering day.
* Watering by hand is allowed any day of the week.
* Using Water to wash pavement is NEVER allowed.

Per the Los Angeles Water & Power (June 2010):

* Allowable Watering Days: Monday and Thursday ONLY.
* No watering between 9AM to 4PM.
* No more than 15 minutes per watering station each allowable watering day.
* No more than 10 minutes per other irrigation watering stations each allowable watering day.
* Using Water to wash pavement is NEVER allowed.
* Excess runoff is not allowed.
* Any leaky pipe MUST be promptly repaired.
* It is illegal to wash your vehicle without using a hose with a shut off nozzle.
