2) Print application
3) Fill out completely (make sure your writing is legible)
4) Sign & date
5) Forward to me via email at: gram4re@gmail.com or drop it off in a sealed envelope at: (C/O: Graham Matthews, 1317 N. San Fernando Blvd., #321, Burbank, CA 91504). Do not drop off after hours. Open M-F (9am-5pm); Sat. (10am-2pm); Closed Sun.
One application is required for each adult occupant over 18.
There is no upfront fee to apply. We will let you know when to send in the $55 credit report fee, if needed.
DO NOT SEND IN ANY MONEY WITH YOUR APPLICATION, UNTIL INSTRUCTED TO DO SO.
